Intérêts de recherche

Philippe Roux et son équipe visent à caractériser les mécanismes de signalisation de plusieurs oncogènes et suppresseurs de tumeurs dans la régulation de la croissance et la prolifération cellulaire, en utilisant des techniques biochimiques et en biologie cellulaire, en génétique de la souris, en plus de méthodologies de pointes en protéomique, ils envisagent de découvrir de  meilleures cibles thérapeutiques contre le cancer.
